Where do you deliver?

With POLI instant pay, Account2Account, or a bank transfer into our account.
How long will my order take?
If you're buying, your order will generally be sent within 2 minutes of your deposit appearing in our bank account. ⚡
If you're selling, we pay out every weekday at 5pm. If you get your order in before 5pm, for most banks you should see it the same evening.
Please note though that we cannot guarantee what the processing times will be – as orders can be delayed due to congestion on the exchanges, bank transfer times, public holidays, etc. We will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.
If there are any issues with your orders, notify us within 10 working days and we'll gladly assist with your inquiries. Our team at Easy Crypto is always here to help you.
How much do you charge?
The rate you are quoted on our main page is inclusive of ALL fees. This means all currency exchange fees, all mining fees, all gas prices, and all withdrawal fees – everything!
There are no hidden fees, no withdrawal charges … nothing! What you see is what you get.

Once a sell order is created, you will have 2 hours to deposit your crypto before the trade will be automatically cancelled. If you have already made your deposit and the sell order has been cancelled, simply create a new one for the same amount of crypto and we will match them up manually.
Notify us within 10 working days if you are experiencing any issues and our team will gladly resolve your inquiries.

How do I cancel an order?
If you haven’t yet paid for an order you can easily cancel it - just go to your Orders page and click cancel next to the order you don't want.
