What is happening?
All trading on Easy Crypto has now stopped and the Easy Crypto Wallet will be
closing down.
To make this transition as easy as possible, we have automated the migration
process to Swyftx for you. If you don’t choose this option you can individually
move your crypto to another wallet.
Action required:
If you hold funds in your Easy Crypto Wallet, you will need to move your crypto to Swyftx or an external wallet. Because the Easy Crypto Wallet is a self-custodial wallet, meaning only you control your funds, we cannot move your crypto on your behalf. Please follow the instructions below to move your crypto.
Important: do not delete your Easy Crypto Wallet app until you have moved your crypto successfully. If you delete the app without a backup, you may lose access to your crypto.

Step-by-step guide
Ensure that your Easy Crypto Wallet app is the latest version
For iPhone users, open the App Store app, search for Easy Crypto Wallet. If you see an Update button, please update the app.
For Android users, please open the Google Play app, search for Easy Crypto Wallet. If you see an Update button, please update the app.
Open the Easy Crypto Wallet app and sign in
On the homescreen, tap the 'Learn More' button.
You will see a screen providing more information.
If you don’t have a Swyftx account yet, please tap the ‘Continue to Swyftx sign up’ button
If you already have a Swyftx account, please tap the 'Sign in' text link at the bottom of the screen.
Complete the onboarding steps with Swyftx. Some of your information will already be pre-populated to streamline this process for you. Please ensure your information is accurate.
Once you have completed the onboarding steps, you will need to complete verification. Some information might be pre-populated for you.
Once verification is complete, you are ready to trade on Swyftx, and the portfolio migration option should become available.
Important: You will still need to move your crypto from your Easy Crypto Wallet to Swyftx or an external wallet. Do not delete your Easy Crypto Wallet app until you have moved your crypto. We cannot move the crypto on your behalf.
How to migrate your crypto
How to move your crypto from the Easy Crypto Wallet to Swyftx or an external wallet
Open the Easy Crypto app and sign in
You will see a ‘Sweep your Easy Crypto Wallet' pop up - tap Get Started.
You will only see this option once you have a Swyftx account and have linked your Easy Crypto account with it.
You have two options to move your crypto:
Portfolio migrator:
The easiest and fastest way to move your crypto to your Swyftx account. Where possible, we'll sponsor the transaction fees for you.
Manual transfer:
If you prefer to send your crypto to an external wallet, you can send them manually.
Having trouble finding the "Transfer your Funds" screen?
Here are a few quick things to check to get you back on track:
Update your app: Make sure your app is running on version 1.8.5 or newer.
Use an official link: Ensure you signed up or logged into Swyftx using an official invitation link. You can find these when signed in on the Easy Crypto website, in your Wallet by tapping Learn More, or in our emails.
Finish your setup: Double-check that you’ve fully completed the Swyftx onboarding and verification process.
Note: Sometimes the system needs a little time to catch up. It can take up to 1 business day after linking your accounts for the invite to appear on your screen.

Portfolio migrator - RECOMMENDED
Select the Portfolio Migrator option and tap Next
You will see a screen with more information about the migration, tap get started.
Please read and accept the terms then tap Continue
You will be asked to log into your Swyftx account. This is required so that the crypto can be transferred. Log in and continue.
You will see a screen of all your active wallets and crypto holdings. Tap ‘Transfer assets’ to get started.
Your crypto will be transferred one-by-one into your Swyftx deposit address. Do not close the app or the transfer may pause or fail.
Your crypto transfer will be pending. Please allow up to 4 hours for your transfer to be confirmed on the blockchain and credited to your Swyftx account.
Transaction fees
If you use the portfolio migrator, we will sponsor the network transaction (gas) fees for all assets on Ethereum, ERC-20 tokens such as USDT, USDC, LINK and so on, the Polygon, the BSC network and the BASE network.
If you hold XRP in your wallet, please note that the XRP Ledger (XRPL) requires 0.2 XRP to close a wallet address. This is a XRP Ledger requirement, and it is not charged by Easy Crypto or Swyftx.
Please do not delete the Easy Crypto Wallet app until you have confirmed that all your crypto has been credited to your Swyftx account.
Once all your crypto has been transferred, trading will be disabled in the Easy Crypto Wallet and you can begin trading on Swyftx. This article can help you get started.
Manual transfer
If you prefer sending your crypto to an external wallet, please follow the steps below.
You must send all crypto to an external wallet before the Easy Crypto Wallet is discontinued.
Select manual transfer and tap next
You will see an overview of all your active wallets and crypto
Select the crypto you’d like to transfer
Select the ‘Max’ amount button. Enter the receiving address of your external wallet. Alternatively, you can also send to your Swyftx deposit address, which will be repopulated for you
If you select the Swyftx option, you will be asked to login. Please login and continue.
You will see a confirmation screen. Please tap ‘Confirm and send’
You will see a transaction confirmation screen. Please next and continue the steps for all your remaining crypto.
Important: You must send all crypto to an external wallet before the Easy Crypto Wallet will be discontinued.
Unsupported assets
While Swyftx supports a wide range of over 400+ cryptocurrencies, certain assets are not supported.
If you hold any of these assets, you will need to send them to an external wallet such as Exodus or another wallet of your choice.

FAQs
Do I need to transfer my crypto or can you do it on my behalf?
We cannot transfer your crypto on your behalf. The Easy Crypto Wallet is self-custodial, meaning only you can control your crypto. You will need to follow the instructions in this article to transfer your crypto.
I can't see the Portfolio Migrator option, why not?
You need to created a Swyftx account and linked it with your Easy Crypto account for the option to show. To make sure this has been done, click the 'Learn More' button in the Easy Crypto Wallet app and then sign up/sign in to Swyftx on the next screen. Once linked, the option to migrate your funds should show within 1 business day.
Why is the Easy Crypto Wallet being discontinued?
Easy Crypto will become Swyftx by the end of March and we’re excited to offer you more assets, lower fees, better trading tools and loads more services! As part of the transition, all trading on Easy Crypto will cease on the 31st of March 2026 and Easy Crypto services will be discontinued.
Can I delete my Easy Crypto Wallet?
Do not delete your Easy Crypto Wallet until you have followed the steps outlined in this article and confirmed that all your crypto has been transferred to Swyftx or an external wallet. Deletion without a backup may cause a loss of assets.
