At Easy Crypto, it's our mission to make cryptocurrencies easy and accessible for all Australians.

Order fee

Our fee is an all-inclusive. When you input an AUD amount, what you see is what you get. There are no hidden fees, no withdrawal fees, no deposit fees, inclusive network fees (we batch our transactions so everyone saves), and no charges for payment processing.

Service charges

An important part of our mission is keeping our prices as low as we can - so we automate everything possible. That's how we can complete your order as quickly as possible.

If you make a mistake on your order and you need us to manually intervene, that's no problem at all, however, there may be a service charge for this.

Our services charges are set out below:

Service

We will deduct a service charge from your order of:

Bank transfer with no reference number attached

$10

Bank account not in your name

$25

Refund to your bank account

$50 - $100 plus any currency exchange

Manual change to your crypto order (e.g. changing coin type, address or other change that requires intervention from our team)

$25 - $500 depending on complexity

Attempted to send crypto to an unregulated 3rd party, a scam or an MLM against our terms and conditions

$25 - $100 + AUD/Crypto reversal

Made a fraudulent payment (whether knowingly or unknowingly) which requires refund of the payment and closure of your account with us

$250 - $1k + AUD/Crypto reversal

Recoveries

$100-$1000 depending on the complexity

These service charges will be deducted directly from your order when we resolve your service issue. Refunds are not available on delayed orders as per the Terms of Service.

Recoveries vary in the level of complexity and while we have a service fee for attempting the recovery, the majority of the fee is charged by external providers and is beyond our control.

Due the increase in these fees in 2021 and 2022 recoveries from certain providers under $850 will not be attempted.

We would much prefer that we do not have to go through any of these processes, so please double check when placing your order that you have all the correct information in the right places. If you are unsure contact us BEFORE making the order. Crypto transactions are not reversible, so once it is done there is no going back!

A 0.001BTC fee may be requested to process your verification, this will be held as a credit for your first order with us. If your verification request is fraudulent or otherwise invalid, this fee will not be refunded.

Fraud Monetary Policy:

Our systems are built to protect you, first and foremost. This means we have active fraud detection across our entire system and we can block transactions at every point up to final release. In the case of fraud occurring on a users account, our system may have processed the order (AUD to crypto) and held its release due to a flag or report. If it is found that the transaction is fraudulent, the user who requests the return of funds is liable for the trade difference when we reverse the AUD to crypto transaction (crypto back to AUD) plus administrative costs. We believe this is a small price to pay, compared to losing all of your funds.

Order Variation and Refund Policy:

When your order is paid for, our systems automatically purchase the crypto at your quoted amount (AUD to crypto). If we haven't released your chosen cryptocurrency, we may be able to modify your order if requested. In this instance, you may incur an admin fee as per the manual charge. On top of this, if you request AUD as a refund or credit, you will incur the cost of reversing the crypto back to AUD. If an order is released, we do not have custody and cannot modify the transaction. Please ensure you carefully enter your deposit details and confirm you are the custodian of the receiving wallet.

Multi Level Marketing and Restricted Broker Policy:

Sending (including directly, indirectly or via multiple wallet paths) funds to an MLM, network marketing offer, or other 3rd party unregulated broker (or similar) is against our terms and conditions. If this occurs and our system or compliance team detects this behaviour, your order will be held. Our Compliance Team will then have to investigate and reverse the order. Our system may have processed the order (AUD to crypto) and held its release due to this flag or report. If it is found that the transaction is against our terms and conditions, you are liable for the trade difference when we reverse the AUD to crypto transaction (crypto back to AUD) plus service charge/s. We have a zero tolerance policy for reversing these type of transactions, as it is detrimental to our users, the crypto ecosystem and our customer support team resources.
