To manually verify your account, please follow the steps below:

Click Manual verification to start the manual verification process.

You will now need to upload a clear photo of your passport or Drivers license (we need to be able to clearly read the details & see all four corners in the frame). Following that, Enter the ID number from your license or passport as well as the version or expiry date.

Without a clear picture, we will not be able to read the print, so please make sure to take a good-quality photo.

Upload a Photo of you holding your ID and a note.

As shown below, please make sure that we can clearly see your face, your ID, and a note with the following information:

'I am verifying with www.easycrypto.com. No one has asked me to make this account. [Day] [Month] [Year].

Once uploaded, please click Next.

Confirm that you accept Easy Crypto's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and check out our Risks Document, then click Next and submit verification.

That's it! You're all done. Now you will need to wait for our team to process your verification documents which can take up to two business days.

If you’re located out of NZ, there’s a chance your application will be held for review - so please get in touch with our team explaining your situation and they will give you a helping hand.
