How do I increase my lifetime order value?
All your crypto orders will contribute to your Lifetime Order Value, and we will automatically apply discounts any time you purchase crypto on our platform.
For example, over the course of a year, you've bought $850 of crypto each month. By the time you've made your 12th order, you would have accumulated over $10,000 of lifetime value, which grants you the first tier of the trading fee discount.
If you have trusted us for some time and transacted over NZ$50 000, the next time you buy crypto from us we will apply the 15% discount against the trading fee for that order.
