There can be delays.

  • Some orders may be held for manual review and additional information requested. Please answer all requests for information as quickly as possible.

  • Depending on the size of the transaction, the order may take time to confirm on the Blockchain. You can monitor the progress by entering the Transaction ID (TXID) found on the orders page into a Blockchain explorer.

  • Has your wallet been refreshed or synced with the Blockchain recently? If not, it's likely that your device or software will not be showing the latest data.

Hot Wallets:

  • For most hot wallets, there's no manual syncing required. These wallets are software applications that access the Blockchain via the internet, so they're constantly in sync but they may have a refresh option.

  • If you're having trouble with a hot wallet, restarting your device can often resolve the issue.

Cold Wallets:

  • Cold wallets are hardware devices that store your cryptocurrencies offline. They typically need to be synced with a companion app to interact with the Blockchain.

  • The specific syncing process will vary depending on the wallet you have. Manufacturer websites usually have guides available. You can find them by searching for "[wallet manufacturer name] + user guide"
