Turning on your 2FA is easy, all you need to do is follow the steps below and your account will be miles more secure. To set up 2FA on your account, you will need to download either Google Authenticator, Authy, or something similar. In the example below, we will be using Google Authenticator.

Step 1

Head to your My account page and click Enable two-factor authentication.

Step 2

Open your Google Authenticator app and click the Plus icon in the bottom right corner. You have two options in Google Authenticator, either to Scan a QR code or Enter a setup key.

Choose the option that suits you and make sure that you record the setup key somewhere safe in case you have to reinstall the app.

Step 3

Google Authenticator should then display a 6 digit code.

Enter it into Easy Crypto and click Confirm 2FA.

You're good to go!

From this point, every time you access your Easy Crypto account, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit code that you can locate within your authenticator app.

It's important that you never share these codes with anyone.

If you're having trouble with your 2FA and would like us to turn it off for you, simply follow this guide.
