Important information for ANZ customers:

Due to ANZ's frequent reversal of payments made to Easy Crypto, we are no longer able to offer instant-delivery for crypto purchases using POLi or Account2Account, if the payment is made from an ANZ bank account.

Your order will still be processed at the market rate when you place the order, and will be delivered as soon as payment clears in our bank account. During bank operating hours (9am - 9pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) this will take approximately 2-3 hours.

​The amount of crypto you receive will not be impacted by this, it is only delivery that is delayed.

We recommend that if delivery speed is time-sensitive, you avoid using ANZ.
