💡If you have crypto sitting in your Easy Crypto wallet that you're looking to take out, you have two options:
1. Sending crypto to an external wallet
Note that you must have enough ETH or other required cryptocurrency to cover network fees (e.g., gas fees for ERC20 tokens).
To send crypto to an external wallet or complete a sell order you made on the website, you'll need to;
Head to the Easy Crypto wallet you'd like to send from
Select the cryptocurrency asset you wish to send (e.g., BTC, ETH)
Hit the "send" button"
Enter the recipient’s wallet address manually or scan it using the QR code scanner
Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you'd like to transfer
Review the transaction details, including network fees
Confirm your transfer!!
*If the "send" button is greyed out, it means you do not have a balance in this wallet and must select another wallet...
2. Selling crypto into your NZD bank account
To sell crypto into your NZD bank account, you'll need to;
Head to the wallet you'd like to sell from
Hit the "sell" button
Confirm the bank account you'd like to sell to (this needs to be a pre-verified bank account so be sure to do this ahead of time!)
Confirm your sale!
