If you lose access to your wallet (due to device loss or malfunction for example), a backup will be the only way to retrieve your cryptocurrencies.

  1. Head to the main page of the app and find the Easy Crypto wallet you want to back up

  2. Hit the settings cog in the top right corner

  3. In the settings menu, select "Backup"

  4. From the wallet backup options, select "Cloud Backup"

  5. Enter your app's 6-digit pin to confirm

  6. Choose a secure backup password

  7. Confirm the secure password

  8. Store your backup password somewhere safe!
